Where the forest meets the fairway, you’ll find The Perch—a freshly remodeled mountain escape that believes comfort and character should share the same space. Just an hour from Boise and a short walk to Terrace Lakes Resort, it’s the perfect mix of quiet nature and convenient fun.
Mornings start with coffee and pine-scented air on the wraparound deck. Afternoons might mean golf, hot springs, or a nap you didn’t plan to take. Evenings end around the fire pit or in the game room, arguing over who actually won at pool.
Whether you’re gathering family, sneaking away for a golf-and-soak weekend, or bringing your four-legged friend along for a change of scenery, The Perch is made for people who do “relaxation” exceptionally well.

-We are a pet family! Pets welcome with approval—up to 2, with a $50 per pet charge. Please select the number of pets you are bringing at check-out. This fee is collected with your reservation fee.

-Please keep furry friends off furniture and clean up after them.
