"We love the Drury and will stay with them whenever possible. Rooms are nice, breakfasts are great, and afternoon "kickbacks" are phenomenal! And all of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. One snafu: We booked a month in advance for $300/night (FIFA soccer was in town). An email from Expedia a day before check-in said we could "choose a room". When I looked at prices, the same room had dropped to $203/night. Expedia still charged us the $300/night price. I called to complain (shouldn't room prices through Expedia be lower than at the door?). After verification, a nice lady named Jess credited my Expedia account with the difference in price for the two days. Problem solved!"
