“We had an excellent experience at this cute Lodge! Check-in/Check-out was easy, staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating. Reservations for hot tub use was a plus to allow time for all to enjoy. The spaces were clean and breakfast was nice. Walking distance to good Mexican food. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Salida. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff was very accomodating. The hot tub and pool were fun for the kids. Breakfast buffet had everything you could possibly want. ”

“What a great place to stay. When I first arrived, I was met by the general manager, who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. My room was extremely clean and comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was real food and 100% delicious. I will most definitely stay there again when in town.”

“Air filters for heat/ac should be cleaned regularly. Room was acceptable, some in cover sheet bedding, shelving over the toilet for more towels and coffee maker in room would be welcome”

“Beautiful historic hotel in a perfect location. Plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable. There is no front desk, so it’s more of an air’b’n’b experience. ”

“Mountain Goat Lodge is an absolute GEM of a bed and breakfast! Located at the base of the Sawatch Mountain Range, this charming inn is home to a small herd of friendly goats, a seriously fantastic breakfast spread and the absolutely most comfortable beds. We feel lucky to have found this incredible place and made sure to purchase their delectable homemade goats milk yogurt (10/10 recommend.) My husband and I cannot wait to stay again!! ”
