Everything about this home is well thought out and met our needs for a ‘home away from home’. Easy access to the lake, kayaks, outdoor living areas were set up & ready for us to just enjoy ourselves. “We had a terrific stay. The black barn was just as described and exactly what we were looking. Our family spent the end of Spring Break in northwest Arkansas. “We booked this property for a family and friends weekend getaway trip. The house fit our needs perfectly, has plenty of space, and activities for all ages. We really liked the location it was quiet and there's plenty of room space for the kids to run around. Our only complaint was that they told us the pool would be open, and it's mentioned on the listing as well, but the pool was not clean and was not ready for use, nor was the jacuzzi. “After a little problem getting in, what a Great and Relaxing stay. The house was exactly as advertised. The bathroom with BIG walk-in shower was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable we have had at several VRBO location we have stayed. Circular stairs we had to get use to, but really not a problem. The town is a great place to visit with lots of shops and food to pick from. Highly recommend the Rueben at the Ice cream shop across the street and the ice cream too”

We wanted to stay in UP on Main this time and I love both levels of this building. Matt is a stellar host and the house is lovely. Located right in the heart of the town within walking distance of everything. The Trolleys are so convenient and you must take the Tram tour. There is so much to do here and it's beautiful in May. “The cabin was Charming and Cozy. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were looking for a calm weekend. So it worked. There were a couple of things that could have made our visit better. The mattresses were old and not very comfortable. The front door lock did not work sometimes. No dishwasher yet they said to load the dishwasher when we leave.”
