“This a perfect location to access Hot Springs town and the National Park. Don't expect frills, it's an historic building with all the quirks and wonky bits that come with it, but the owner is extremely responsive and the location is spot on.”

“The unit was clean in the exception of the base boards, there was a dead fly next to the lamp and dusty by the bed. The bed was not comfortable! I could not sleep well due to the mattress sinking my partner and I in the middle of the mattress. My partner woke up with his back hurting. We were disturbed at nine o'clock A.M. by housekeepers when check out was not till 11. On a positive note...there were clean towels, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash available! The AC unit worked extremely……
