Don't trust a rental that has brown sheets. There was a strong musty smell, which only got worse when I turned on the AC. I contacted the host on check-in regarding the parking situation, but did not receive a response until the next day. There was no way I could stay the 2nd night that I had booked. 「The location had easy access and a great café just around the corner. The space was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. One thing to note, however, is that the apartment is on the top floor with no door separating it from the staircase. While the two other apartments on the lower floor remained locked, it's something to be aware of when booking. Overall, a good experience!」

「We stay at this multi-unit VRBO when we come to visit family in Richmond KY. This place is ADORABLE, cozy and comfortable. We LOVE the decor - each unit represents an element (water, fire, Earth and Sun). Very clean, well equipped with extras of bottles of water and coffee/tea for the Keurig. Lots of live plants that are well cared for. Definitely recommend this gem VRBO when visiting Richmond!」

「The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.」

「It was so nice to stay in this apartment. Joyce was so kind and attentive, while leaving us to our privacy. This place was like staying at my grandmother's house. And anything you could possibly need was at your finger tips! It was so nice to have someplace to stay when I come home where I can get away from my family when I need to, and just relax for the evening. I WILL be staying here again the next time I visit my family.」
