“Great stay at Hyatt House. The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of towels and washcloths. Check-in was a breeze, staff were friendly and the free daily breakfast was pretty good. No noise at all and I stayed on the 1st floor. The best part was the location!!! Right across from King of Prussia mall so close to the highway and TONS of restaurants options. Would definitely recommend and stay here again 10/10!!”

“It was super affordable so you’ll get what you pay for. As far as cleanliness the hotel was clean, it was about a 10min walk to a nearby shopping plaza and gas stations. The staff was attentive and friendly and quick to resolve any issues. When I checked in my TV didn’t work but they offered me a new room the next day with no issues. ”

“The facility is okay for the price. However, be aware the wifi is open and not secured. So, be careful before connecting your device with the wifi. Facility is not that clean. Okay for a budget hotel. No freezer in the room. ”

“The attitude of the front desk clerk is very good. But when I asked a male manager for parking at the entrance of the hotel, his attitude was very unfriendly, and finally he didn't tell me where to park.”

“This was my second time staying at this location. Check in was was fast and easy-going. The staff was friendly and helpful just as my previous visit. The room was clean, comfortable and to my liking. King of Prussia mall is a minute drive. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying here again in the future. ”
