「Charged a deposit for my dog when its pet friendly and then when I checked out Chris stated the money was put back into my card 5 days later nothing yet I call and the person that answers says the room was not left as is!!!! "AS IS " literally did everything but wash the damn linens the time ive stayed with Red Roof ive never have been asked for a deposit for my pet!!!」

「The rooms were clean, but there was dog urine in the elevator that stayed for at least 4 hours, and the pool water was discolored. There was not really a breakfast due to a lack of food, and the lady at the front desk was too interested in her book to make eye contact, pretend to be interested in what we were asking or give more than a 1 word answer to any question. We stayed at Comfort Inn next door during our first trip to Nacogdoches and had a much better experience.」

「The air conditioner was broken in our first room but they were apologetic and quickly placed us in another room that was very comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Nice place to stay for the night while traveling.」

「Hot and muggy room. A roach in the bathroom. we checked out at 8am after the first night and I’m assuming the lady never did it because I never got the receipt that she supposedly emailed she also said I would be refunded the two nights we didn’t stay.」

「Room was clean but there was a weird smell when we entered. We got some snacks and air freshener at the dollar tree and it was ok. Ac worked great and the beds were comfortable. We didnt use the pool cause there was some weird guy lurking around and we were 3 females.. decent stay for the price but some of the people around were a bit sketch.」

Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. I do not consider this a continental breakfast, and the coffee was very disappointing. 「From the moment I drove onto the property I had an uneasy feeling. I wasn’t even sure I was at the right place since the motel sign was some other motel chain.
