“The kitchen is tough being so small and curious if the coffee pot and maybe microwave could be put on a bakers rack or cart. The oven needed pushed back just so silverware drawer could open all the way but I don't know what was back there so I didn't. Parking could use better signage for parking, I knew where we were going and still had difficulty. I keep my boat at Tracey so very familiar and would love to stay again but extra fees are a killer. The beds were wonderful! Cute place over all,……

“Great house with lots of room for the family. We had folks from 50 years old to 3 months old. Lots of space for everyone. Close to stores and food. Great fishing on the Norfork and White River.”

“This is our 2nd visit in six months. Very clean, comfortable accommodations. Linsey is a great host. We did spectacular catching trout on the White River thanks to our long term guide David Talor from Sore Lip'm out of Heber Springs. We stay three nights and will continue to do this two to three times a year for years down the road. Also the cottage is within 2 miles of great food, the 178 club and Bush's Pizza. Can't wait to go back.”

It was a great place to work! The owner was very responsive and helpful when I had a question or an issue to be solved. The area has so many natural areas and parks to visit, I was able to hike in quite a few of them during my stay.”

“Myself and two friends went to Cotter to fish the white river. We found the house beautifully decorated and in great condition. It worked perfectly for us as base. Does the construction of the house is older? It is remarkably new and remodeled on the inside. My only recommendation would be to add additional recliners for tired fisherman after a long day on the white catching trout!”

“My family came to this property due to it's proximity to Crooked Creek and the ability to bring our 3 dogs with us. It was a great location that was remote, and a Dollar store down the street if you forget anything. Our only complaint was the beds. The mattresses are not comfortable at all. I would also say the master bed could be a queen just for more space. My husband and I tossed and turned all night, which is normal for us to some degree, but we couldn't get comfortable in the bed.
