"We loved our stay! Excellent location, near heaps of restaurants, massage places, bars and shops. Hotel is beautiful, modern, with a comfortable room and bed, with automatic blackout blinds and awesome views of the city. Well known for its outstanding onsen and spa facilities - need to book in advance even if a guest. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, steam room and sauna facilities next to the gym. Highly recommend!"

"The room was a nice size with everything you could want and need, they even had a washer/dryer. The shower was so nice, that nice that my daughter even commented. The pool was nice, not lots of chairs but it never got that busy so weren't really needed anyway. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed something. The one downside would be the breakfast. They had all ranges of food, which was good, but, there just didn't seem enough space for everyone. More table and chairs are needed and the food needs to be spread out a little more. "
