"Overall, great place to stay. We came with family and hung out by the fire pit and played Jenga by the BBQ. rooms were spacious and clean. There is no front desk, which is fine, and they have a 800 number to call with questions and someone always answers. We weren't really accustomed to this and needed towels, but no none was at the hotel. we managed, so not that big of a deal. we will def stay here again next Shasta visit. "

"The best thing about this property is the owner; Lindsey whom I had the honor of meeting when she kindly delivered the items Amazon had dropped at her mailbox. She is very kind, respond, and friendly. The property itself offered:- Conveniently located very close to everything including Mount Shasta- Everything I needed including a full kitchen, a bedroom, and a full bath. - Plenty of supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, moisturizer, toothpaste, soap, dish soap, trash bags, towels, tissue, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. - plenty of dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and more. - A quiet and serene neighborhood - Good Wi-Fi- Easy check-in and checkout process (a code)"
