The right place, at the right price! Ask about our loyalty discount for repeat guest! Have another Unit in the same complex if booked or need additional space!!

Right off the main strip, our town home is a quick walk to the main attractions of downtown Gatlinburg. Located off of Traffic Light 6 on Baskins Creek Rd. Approx a 7 to 10 minute walk from the front door to the main strip, that is what truly makes this location so special! There is nothing like coming back from a wonderful time enjoying all that the Great Smoky Mountains offer and being able to relax on your own private indoor/outdoor deck. This spacious town home features 3 bedrooms (3 Kings) There is an open deck and covered balcony. Located just off the main strip within walking distance (about 1/3 mile), and minutes walk to the pool and a trolley stop.

The kitchen appliances are all full sized and include a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave & coffeemaker. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience as well. Wireless internet is provided!

The unit was very clean. Some minor repairs could be made around the unit but nothing that deterred us from enjoying our stay. Would have like to have uses the hot tub but the chemicals were so strong, it made us choke when the jets were on. The location was very convenient to everything downtown. We would stay here again because of the cleanliness and location.

Family trip with adult kids
We enjoyed a 4 night stay, townhome was as described plenty of plates & cups. We walked to downtown daily and enjoyed the hot tub as we watched the storms. Easy to get around and close to all we needed. We will definitely return!

Property very well stocked and clean. It had everything we would need for our weekend getaway. And its also only a short walk to everything Gatlinburg has to offer, so no need to hassle through the traffic in the car.

The townhome was perfect, very clean, no issues at all. It’s within walking distance to the parkway yet very quiet. My kids argued over who got the loft bedroom, they both loved it. Very happy with our experience.
