the peaceful glow. A dedicated desk area provides a quiet spot to check emails

or jot down memories from your trip—whether it's a quick note or an old-

The kitchen's sparkling tilework adds a touch of charm to this compact, well-

equipped space. You'll find everything you need—cookware, dishes, and

utensils—to prepare anything from a hearty breakfast to a savory dinner

featuring Tennessee barbecue flavors.

Just steps away, the dining table comfortably seats four, making it easy to

serve meals hot and fresh. After dinner, turn the table into a game hub—bring

Location/ Roads / Parking:

This condo is conveniently located on Ski Mountain, making it easily

accessible by both motorcycle and vehicle. There is level parking available

for up to three vehicles. Please note that the condo is situated on the 3rd

floor, accessible only via a stairwell, as there is no elevator. During winter

hours, it's advisable to check weather conditions, as a 4X4 vehicle may be

recommended for optimal access. Just a short drive away, you'll find a Dollar

General and Food City for your convenience. You're also just 5 minutes from

the stunning Smoky Mountains, 5 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, and 15 minutes

to Pigeon Forge. This prime location puts you right in the heart of all the

excitement Gatlinburg has to offer!



Important Information:

-This is a NON-SMOKING unit (absolutely no smoking inside the unit or on the balcony).

-NO PETS are allowed at the condo or on the condominium premises.

-We have a doorbell camera to monitor check-ins, check-outs, and our cleaning service.

-Wild bears wander onto the property often. For your own safety, please do not feed the bears or attempt to interact with them.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills & adventure are over, visit Tanger

outlets & local boutiques where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy local

cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at dinner

time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to satisfy that

sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the condo. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.
