So I was very disappointed at the price I paid for a total of 3 nights being what I thought I was paying for wasn’t the actual truth. Number 1 I find out when I walk inside the condo that it’s 0 bedrooms, no refrigerator only mini fridge, no oven, how does the kitchen have cleaner for a dishwasher without a dishwasher, wanted to go swimming but I find out 2 days after being there the pool is closed for the season, 2 burners on the counter, supposed to have a pull out bed turns out it was just a couch, couldn’t control the temperature inside the room it was set to 74 at all times, no Mountain View from my balcony only the trees and a road view, no porch light when other rooms had one but not mine. Not only could I not enter my room for an entire hour after I had arrived but guest services didn’t reach out to me till the next day saying someone was coming to assist me with my door lock, had it not been for my nice neighbors assisting me after an hour of standing in front of my door not being able to get it opened we would of had no where to sleep that night. I can honestly say that for a trip that was for me and my mom for my birthday I was very disappointed and dissatisfied that I will not be staying here ever again had I known this is what I was paying for I would have used my money and stayed some where else.

Loved our Condo would be so much enjoyable if you had a Mountain View from Patio, there isn’t no Oven big disappointment it was our Anniversary we bought steaks to cook in oven and baked potatoes but that was a No Go! Fire Place is just for looks one last thing No Kitchen Towels or dish cloths No Kitchen Trash Bags but Overall a Beautiful Condo!

Expedia advertised this property to check in at 3pm and check out at 10am. When I brought up the discrepancy directly to VTrips customer service I was told the locks were pre programmed. BS. It should of been honored and that's where I gave up contacting them about my issues. Kitchen: Also advertised was a full kithcen with refrigerator, which implies it comes with a freezer. Nope and no ice. Ice maker is also advertised (in their book on site), but did not exist on premises. People use ice for therapeutic reasons not just for their drinks. People also use freezers when traveling long distances. Understand this place only has two small under counter fridges and no stove. Sleeping: Horrible old mattress that sunk in. No pillow cases on two of the pillows and top bedding smelled used and unwashed. The cheapest, most useless pillows available. If you move a muscle, the mattress sounds like you are walking on frozen snow. Since the bed is sandwiched between two windows you will definitely interrupt your partners sleep to get out of bed. No where to put or hang clothing or store luggage. Difficult to turn the thermostat down. Bathroom: Terrible water pressure. So the fancy shower head with the five different options is useless. No where really to hang clothing or towel. And a bidet toilet you can thankfully turn off. Last thing to consider. It's a few miles up and down a mountain every time you'd like to leave....on a road you may not be comfortable driving on.
