“I stayed in the apartment for 10 days. On the 3rd day I asked my room to be clean and nobody showed up, 4th I went down again none showed up. “We stayed here only overnight for flying out from Johannesburg. The room was very modern, clean and quiet which along with kitchen and outdoor platform made it ideal for my family to relax and enjoy. You have to check in by the front desk and provide passport and other personal details for security but it was relatively quick. This would have been acceptable if it was listed on the booking or communicated prior to arrival, however it was not communicated yet the host demanded it, and was refusing access until they were paid directly.
