We had been on the road for hours driving to JNB & it was completely unacceptable that no contact had been made prior to us arriving at property to inform us that no apartment was available for us. No one seemed to care where we would go at that late time on a long weekend & we had no refund to book somewhere else. Eventually the Apex made a plan to check us into another...

「After confirming my reservation 24 hours before my stay as required I was told 6 hours before the stay they did not have any rooms. Whats the point of paying in advance for a reservation if its not GUARANTEED. Now two weeks later I still dont have a refund as Hotels.com say it was a non refundable stay, which it was if I did not turn up. That if I had turned up and there was no room is too complex for them to establish. Avoid this place like the plague」
