Free parking spaces in front of the house Situated along a pedestrian promenade, this tastefully decorated rental offers an exceptional location, a stone's throw from the Marina and the beaches. Here, the sea will follow you into almost every room of the house, you will be amazed by the landscapes which change with the tides and the weather. You can enjoy several outdoor spaces, each offering its share of pleasures: the enclosed garden at the back guarantees you privacy and relaxation, the balcony on the first floor invites you to contemplate the bay, while the courtyard offers you the opportunity to a breakfast alone with the ocean. Gâvres, a pretty fishing village, is accessible via a 5km strip of land, bordered by a long white sand beach. The inland sea called 'Petite Mer' is at low tide a paradise for fishermen on foot, and at high tide that of kitesurfers. To discover Lorient and Port-Louis, the Batobus will take you directly there. Completely renovated house with a view of the little sea of Gâvres!
