“While my overall stay was pleasant, I noticed that the coffee sachets were not refilled the following day. However, the staff was very accommodating and professional, particularly the bellman who assisted me upon arrival and promptly addressed all my requests.”

“I stayed at this hotel with my family for two nights, and it was by far the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The towels were stained and dirty, and the baby crib was extremely dirty, as if it had never been cleaned. The hotel's location also did not feel safe at all. Considering the price we paid, the breakfast was very disappointing as well. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“This is was one of the best hotels in our three-week Turkey trip. It was elegant and beautiful. It was located in a alley of the city center. There were many small stores near by. We really enjoyed a bakery shop at the outside of the alley, They were very nice and they made delicious and beautiful delights. If you first time drive there. It seems impossible to find the hotel and parking on your own. We had to grab some strangers on the street to ask. The streets were very narrow and busy as……

“相信我是全酒店內唯一一個的香港人，所以接待的人員都很熱情。這酒店可以俯覽整個城市，樓高十九層，最頂樓是餐廳。早餐的款式很多，相信是區內數一數二。地牢二樓有土耳其浴及游泳池，住客的話可免費使用。酒店有免費代客泊車，會將你的車泊在附近。房間很大，但設施比較舊。如果以150里拉的價錢，相信是可以接受的。”

Tugcan Hotel is what made our trip so complete and satisfactory.. the hotel is centrally located ; walking distance to bazaar, museums, castle and restaurants.. the staff were amazing; helpful, welcoming and friendly..the rooms are v clean and comfortable.. thank you to the whole team of Tugcan Hotel for making our stay so memorable..i will highly recommend 💖🙏”
