"Ludovica was an exceptional host and communicated our check in details in advance to make it seamless. Loved the apartment interior not something we see at home. Beds were super comfortable. "We chose Novo Hotel Rossi based on other users reviews and its proximity to the bus station, as well as walkability to historic and tourist sites . I am so glad we did!! The hotel was easy to find, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was a great deal and offered a good selection of food. We were able to walk to the historical district in about 15 minutes and felt safe doing so, even at night. However, the stand out about all of these great things was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!! If you are looking for an affordable, comfy stay, I would highly recommend this hotel. "
