Wonderful cabin feel with short walk to the beach. Lots of lawnmowers and blowers on Friday but otherwise very peaceful. Nice coffee options nearby too.

Someone complained about value for money. No idea what they paid, so... this is a 4 BR beautiful home, 1 block off the beach, Pocket neighborhood, so, quiet. Very comfortable. Sure the add on fees are a nuisance, but that is the current standard.

We had so much fun there was plenty of room everything was decorated beautifully it was professionally clean! Just wanted to let you know however that one of your light shades Brooke in the kitchen by the refrigerator we have no idea let me to do that I swear to goodness that it was not us only thing I can think of it was the heat from the lightbulb in a cold house that made it shatter? Also your lockbox for your key we couldn’t figure out how to put it back together so we left the key and the lock box cover on the countertop. There is another conference in September that we would love to attend and would love to rent this house again I believe it starts on the 23rd but will be coming on the 27th and staying through the weekend? I will look to see if this house is free but I thought I would ask while I was writing you a letter?

We felt so fortunate to find such a nice spot for a family getaway! The cottage is very comfortable and has a nice fenced-in yard and deck. Access to the amazing beach is so easy. Perfect for early morning walks with the pup! The lovely shingle-style neighborhood is a treasure.

We stayed for two nights to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday! The house had great hangout space fir games, cards or visiting. Beds were just ok. Excellent back yard for the pup to have some safe fenced area to go to. Pretty close to the beach through a neighborhood trail. You must try the great bakery that is within walking distance for some morning goodies. There were a few Ants along the wall in the dining area that might need to be addressed. Overall pretty accurate in the description of the house.

It was such a wonderful getaway. Very quiet neighborhood and a perfect fenced yard for the littles to play.

This worked out perfectly. I wish they would update the picture for the down stairs bedroom, as it does not have two single beds in it anymore. Also, the backyard is much smaller than it appears, but it still a great size for the family.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and the backyard was a great haven for hanging out, barbecuing and playing badminton. The walk through the dunes to the beach was beautiful and the water was warm enough to body surf a bit. We’ll be back.

Everything in place in the house as advertised. All the essentials for a beach house, and very easy access to beach and Gearhart town. Great back deck and yard to enjoy the morning sunrise. We will be back.
