• Set in the heart of the Bellarine Peninsula (close to all its attractions and treasures)

• Living areas: separate lounge room, dining room, kitchen, reading room (adjoins external living/ entertaining area), mud room
• 2 bedrooms (master with ensuite), while the separate reading room and lounge room both have foldout beds (linen supplied)
• Fully tiled bathroom (with free-standing bath) and ensuite (towelling supplied)
• Reverse cycle heating/ cooling throughout (fully insulated)
• Original timber floors throughout
• Fully equipped kitchen
