Inda's Place is perfect for families on holiday or travelers and students needing a comfortable and spacious place while working or in placement in Geelong. Close to all amenities, restaurants and shopping, minutes from the popular Eastern Beach, Rippleside Park and Drumcondra precinct, @Inda's Place is a very convenient base for exploring the beautiful Bellarine Peninsula and the Surf Coast. A short drive from Avalon airport and Geelong CBD (or via VLine or bus) and a stone-throw away from Corio Quay, home of the Spirit of Tasmania (2022).

If fishing, clean fish outside the house. A barbecue and electric cooker are provided in the pergola for cooking fish/aromatic dishes.
No parties are not allowed. We're in a quiet residential area, be mindful of noise after 10 pm. Strictly NO Smoking/Illegal substance in the premises.
Pets stay outside the house only. $300 pet bond required at booking, refundable if no addt'l cleaning is needed, eg. poop in backyard, fur on couch.
