Certainly! Here’s a reworded version of your review, keeping the original tone but making it smoother and clearer: ⸻ The property felt completely empty, with hardly anyone around. The rooms were freezing and quite outdated. The bathroom was nice, though the shower head was over the bath tap and faucet which was a problem. The corridors were very cold, silent and had a strange, almost creepy atmosphere when walking through them. Breakfast was the worst buffet I’ve ever experienced — barely any options and no staff present. The bar was also left completely unattended. Over our entire two-day stay, we saw no more than three staff members, including the person at the front desk.

The property is great. We were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the food was very good. Based on our experience it appeared that some maintenance may be required in our unit and that some landscaping would enhance the area.

Eden Oak was a really good place to stay inl East Geelong. Set in parklands, close to the bay, with a range of facilities for families with children and an excellent restaurant. I will definitely be going back.
