The Space:
The private, double-story townhouse is positioned at the rear of three townhouses in the residential suburb of Norlane. Conveniently located, this townhouse is situated just off Princes Hwy, minutes from the Ring Road and 10 minutes from Geelong's main attractions.
Northside Townhouse offers an inviting and light-filled open-plan lounge and dining area along with a fully appointed kitchen downstairs, together with the convenience of a powder-room, Euro laundry and study nook. The northerly aspect looks out to the spacious private rear courtyard featuring an outdoor dining setting and gas BBQ, so you can enjoy alfresco cooking and dining with friends and family.
Upstairs features three comfortable bedrooms. The master with a queen-sized bed, ensuite and walk in robe, the second bedroom offers a double bed and built-in robe, and the third queen bed and built-in robe.
