"The room was very clean and the staff did great. The air conditioning in hotel was perfect. The breakfast was good and the Lady that cooked was very nice. The only compliant I have was getting to the hotel at first. Making wrong turn due to no visible signage. Make sure to turn into RaceTrak, that gives you access to get to the hotel."

"Stayed one night at Bally's and everything was fantastic. The staff was helpful and friendly, especially the Valet attendants! Room was nice and clean. Love the exposed brick. The only negative would be the ongoing construction around the area and at the hotel, but that's a minor inconvenience. I would definitely stay again. "

"We drove in all night on our way back to Houston from Birmingham through a storm and the hotel lost power but the reception was so helpful and welcoming. Got us in our room so we could rest up and head home."
