"This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. I did not have breakfast because i thought it should've been included!"

"Perfect place to stay if you are attending an event at Veltins Arena. The lovely young lady at the front desk even gave a small group of us a ride to the venue. And she was so pleasant and friendly. We even walked back to the hotel after the concert and it was a nice, safe trip. Breakfast in the morning was excellent. This property delivered exactly what we were looking for."

Und jetzt ist es unter der Führung von "Welcome Hotels". Die Nähe zur Arena macht es für mich perfekt. In 3 Minuten ist man da. Ja, die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen (stört mich nicht).
