“When I booked this property it was supposed to be a 5 bed/2ba house with a pool and hot tub. 2 weeks before our stay I received a voicemail from VRBO informing me that the host had changed the details of the house - it was now a 3 bed/1 ba house. I contacted the host and he said VRBO made a mistake and that it was only 3 bedrooms. After multiple calls with VRBO (and ultimately talking to a supervisor), the host called me to say that he can give me 5 bedrooms (both units of a duplex house). When……
