“Clean and friendly space! Wonderful stay. ”

“I found the apartment to be very clean and accurate to the listing. The kitchen is equipped yet if you plan on cooking I recommend bringing your own spices! The amenities in the bathroom were above and beyond! All I really needed to pack was my toothbrush, paste, and shaving stuff! The complimentary bottle of local wine and gift card to Tim Horton was a nice touch! Great access for TV watching too! The mattress was a bit soft for my liking and there was no closet in the 2nd bedroom if you are……

“This was absolutely the best place to stay at! I feel like the photos in the listing do not do the place justice. The kitchen, though we did not utilize it, was fully stocked if we had decided to cook while on our trip. The place was very cozy, and felt like a home away from home. Shannon was also very kind and greeted us when we got there. The bed was so inviting and comfortable to sleep in, especially after how much sightseeing we did every day as we were exhausted, and having a nice……

“Nice little 1BR place on a dead-end street outside of Akron. Perfect for a couple and a dog. We didn't use kitchen much but it is fully functional and having washer and dryer is a plus. Side street is quiet and good for dog. Akron Falls Park is nearby which is great for dog walks. Had a minor issue at check-in with property cleaning, but owner quickly resolved issue and was easy to communicate with.”

“The location of this studio apartment was perfect for my stay being very close to family in Penfield NY. The area offered many and varied dining options which were all within this very walkable city. The studio was exactly as described: clean and fresh with a wonderful shower, great water pressure. The unit is on the ground floor which provided easy access and had it's own dedicated parking spot. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Overall, a wonderful stay and hope to use it again……

Spacious bathroom, great kitchen, bohemian living space. Big windows to let in natural light and good city/street views from the third floor. Would stay again. Much cheaper than the Marriot next door.”
