“There were so many special touches in this unique, vintage farmhouse. From snacks to water to multiple ways to make coffee and the coffee itself, the cute furniture and lamps —what’s not to love? “Our family was looking for a peaceful, quiet place to stay for a few days while we attended a family funeral. 4 teenagers and two adults… we found the cottage very comfortable and it was a perfect setup for our family. The kitchen and dining area are beautiful and spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable and provided a restful place for all of us to sleep. The location is private and quiet while being 10-15 mins away from every kind of store possibly needed. It was a beautiful setting in winter.”

The owners listed this property, chose not to respond to messages and then when I contacted them the day before check-in told me they had removed the property from VRBO making me scramble on a holiday weekend to find a new location which ended up costing me 80% more due to limited options. They did offer to put the property together if I would help them carry a fridge to the place. I would leave negative ratings if possible. ”

"I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
