The owners listed this property, chose not to respond to messages and then when I contacted them the day before check-in told me they had removed the property from VRBO making me scramble on a holiday weekend to find a new location which ended up costing me 80% more due to limited options. They did offer to put the property together if I would help them carry a fridge to the place. I would leave negative ratings if possible. 」

We asked for and were promised more towels promptly but they never showed up in our 3 days. We heard rodents in the ceiling and walls. Closets messy, things just thrown in. Will not stay again.」

"I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
