Room was clean. Location was close to water and the historic area. Do not bother with their breakfast. Way over priced 18 CHF and the eggs were cold. Nothing was special about it. The area was conveniently located. Bedroom staff excellent. Desk staff took a very long time to check us in with only one person before us. When I enquired about the raise in the room rates compared to the Expedia quote he was defensive and less than polite. The room had no coffee and the bathroom was small.

First of all, when we arrived, the reception smelled like sewer. While checking in, the receptionist couldn't make the payment machine work and I had to pay with cash. Then, when we finally arrived in our room, the air-conditioning didn't work and the room was hot as hell. In the morning we woke up at 7:30 when someone started hoovering behind our door. More like ChurcHELL.

I would recommend

Th is hotel is rated as a three-star, and it felt like a true three-star experience. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the bus station, making it a convenient location. The room was clean and well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious bathroom. The hotel also has an elevator, which was helpful for handling luggage. One thing to note is that the luggage storage is in a public area, so there is a possibility that someone could access the bags since it’s not in a secure location. However, I personally had no issues with my belongings. Overall, it was a comfortable and well-kept hotel, and I had a good stay.

Very nice hotel and great staff and great location! Just a block or two from Lake Geneva. Just be aware that the hotel has no sparking and street parking is impossible and garages are very expensive - park at Mont Blonc Garage on the bridge a few blocks away, that has the best deals.

Bien, mais vieillot !

Bien situé dans un quartier tranquille de Genève, avec de nombreux commerces / resto autour. Mais l’hôtel a besoin d’un bon coup de neuf ! La deco est vieille, les portes des chambres laissent passer l’air et le bruit des couloirs… c’est un bon rapport qualité/prix tant que les prix sont bas !
