I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the area very quiet. It was a little bit outside of the areas with good restaurant but still walkable (30 min walk). Close to the lake and the old town. Breakfast was very good.

Thank you so much for the staff who was kind and knowledgeable, all of our staff members were smiling and helpful even in the middle of the night. The aera is full of walkable restaurant options and the Noel Market 10 min away, near the lake. Very nice.

We had a fantastic stay at this city break hotel with friends. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. We were able to borrow phone chargers when we found that our European adapters didn't work, which was a real lifesaver. The only small downside was that the beds were a bit too firm for our liking, so if you prefer a softer mattress, you might want to take that into consideration. However, this did not take away from the overall great experience. We’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay!

They were great at accomodating a room switch for my friend and I when we put in a expedia request for a king bed instead of twins. They also gave us a city transit card and the tram stations were really walkable to the hotel. I used the tram to get to the Geneva airport and train from Paris.

Overall

Good for what it was. Staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet was simple. Some eggs, cold cuts, cheese and bread. Definitely worth getting as food (and everything) is expensive in Geneva. Train station is a 10 minute walk so good for the airport and day trips. Just an okay part of town. The better area (I am sure more expensive) is the old town area. There are a few easy restaurants and groceries nearby. Something that seems popular is the use of clouded glass doors for the bathroom instead of a solid door. When using the bathroom at night it lights up the whole room.

Let’s talk about why I like. The location is really convenient. Located close to the central train station, can walk to the lake and the old town. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. However my caution to travellers is the room temperature. This hotel is central air for every room. So though it says airconditioning you have no control. You can only control the fan. So if you sleep with 18/19/20 as your preferred sleep zone your will be very uncomfortable. I had four nights and not happy in fact I’m exhausted from being uncomfortable. I can’t imagine what summer is like. If you like it warm when you sleep. No problem you will like this hotel. For me I won’t be back. A side nuisance was that the door card had to be reprogrammed every night I stayed. A claim that the card is sensitive to magnets but I don’t seem to have this problem at other hotels. A mystery unsolved.
