“I highly recommend this property! Background: We are from NJ. Our son graduated from college. We had 7 adults in our party and needed a clean place to stay with a pool. This house was perfect to meet all of our needs. The house was VERY clean. It also had four (4) bathrooms which is REALLY nice. All bedrooms are comfortable. Even two adults who shared bedroom with bunkbeds...felt it was a comfy room. The kitchen is small, but has all the amenities we needed for a four (4) day stay. The……

“We had a terrific time at this unit and property. Great access to the beach with fantastic view of the sunrise and ocean. The unit is laid out well and updated. Since we did a lot of cooking, it was wonderful to have a kitchen with so many kitchen tools. Definitely would book again!”

“Overall we enjoyed Beachy Keen. Love NSB! The lock to the gate to the beach broke our first day, maybe from the wind, and wasn't properly repaired while we were there. View from the balcony was ok, but not what we envisioned. Awesome washer and dryer! Nice decor, comfortable furniture, although master bed could improve”

“This home was perfect for what we needed. The living room is very spacious with an open floor plan that leads to the kitchen and dining room area. The kids LOVED the backyard pool. Pool towels, shower towels and hand towels are available; however, you to have to bring your own face rags if you want them. Everything else we needed was there. The kitchen has very nice and modern appliances. We were only in town for a few days but everything we needed was within a few minutes drive. We will……

“It was as advertised except listed 2 bedroom with 2 bath. There is only one bath. Another shower is available in another building.”

“The cottage is cute and quirky with a great view of the lake. It was very peaceful. We spent a day on the back porch working while looking at the lake. I think it is in need of a deep spring cleaning, however. I’m extremely sensitive to smells, and there was a strong pet odor, I opened the windows to help air out the unit. Overall, a good experience. Kyle was extremely helpful and kind.”

“We had a good time. The location was great and the kids all really enjoyed the pool. The pictures we felt were misleading as the rooms were much smaller than they looked on line. Communication was very good. Having to have all the towels washed before leaving was very inconvenient for early departure.”

There were a few blips like the place smelled slightly of cigarette smoke upon arrival and then again a few days later. And the neighbor (possibly owner) hangs out talking with friends at midnight on Friday and 2AM on a Monday, very close to the primary bedroom. Wifi speed did not support television viewing.
