「Wir hatten ein Familienzimmer und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hat regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Besonders positiv: Feedback wurde aktiv eingeholt und dankend angenommen – so etwas erlebt man nicht oft, TOP!
Die Lage des Hotels ist super: Mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Nähe, sodass ein Mietwagen nicht nötig ist. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Imbisse und Restaurants sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar, und die Innenstadt sowie der Hafen sind...

「We really enjoyed our time at the Villa. Great location, home was very comfortable for our family (7 adults). Enjoyed the views and having our morning coffee in the terrace. Very friendly and responsive host. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Mallorca. 」

「I stayed in winter so the area was much quieter than in summer ... just how I like it.
The accommodation was basic but comfortable and included a studio kitchen with electric hob, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and cutlery and plates.
Everything was very clean and all the staff were freindly and helpful.
Air conditioning was effective for both heating and cooling.
Anything negative I could include here would be nit-picking.
Overall I would certainly recommend INN Mallorca...
