“Good clean rooms hotel well situated in town entrance to car park not well sign posted and was easily missed”

“This house is a child’s dream house!!!We enjoyed our 5 night stay! The kitchen was fully equipped as well!We were able to do some of our own cooking but we also took advantage of some of the restaurants nearby.Our Grandchildren loved going to Gentofte lake.When at home the yard was like a mini park with a trampoline and other fun activities!The bedrooms had plenty of toys and books.Also, there was a friendly neighborhood cat that visited us!!Excellent stay!!!”

“Great host. Easy and fast communication. Property was great for our needs and family of 4.We had plans in Hellerup so the area was ideal for us but also a short easy drive into downtown. ”

“This was BY FAR the most disappointing experience we have ever had with any VRBO property. The managing company was extremely slow to respond to our queries. Our arrival was devastating. The lockbox didn't have a key in it, so could not get into the apartment. Someone came in 15 minutes, but the apartment was filthy. There was grease all over the kitchen including dish shelves. The key person cleaned for an hour while we cleaned the kitchen. We cleaned thoroughly a few days later. The bearskin……

“This is a fairly basic property which is more like student accommodation than a hotel; but fine for low-maintenance guests who only need a place to crash and store their bags while they are out and about exploring the city. Price is a little high for the above purposes, but CPH is generally more expensive than other major cities in Europe, America or Asia.”

“The breakfast was great since not many choices are available with DKK95 outside. The location is excellent. Very close to major tourist spots and the train station, Nørreport. Room size is definitely spacious enough for a single traveller. It would be nicer if early check-in was not charged. Cleaning of the TV remote control is needed, a bit dusty.”

“ホテルへのアクセスは駅ホームの真ん中あたりのエレベーターを上がって、線路を右側に見下ろすプロムナードを通ってすぐでした。 部屋はドアを開けるといきなりベッドだが、その奥にはスペースが十分あり、特に問題ない。 部屋は掃除が行きとどいていて、とても清潔。しかし電車の音が気になる人がいるかもしれない。 フロンスタッフを筆頭に職員の対応がすごく良くて、おかげで満足なコペンハーゲンライフを過ごすことができました。”
