"The front desk staff were indifferent toward guests. The guard rail on the upper bunk bed was loose. The toilet in the bathroom had stains that would not flush away. The trash bin in the room was not emptied during my four-day stay. Towels were also not replaced, as no housekeeping staff came to service the room."
"The room was very comfortable, clean and fresh. The hotel also offered online early check-in and notified us when our room was ready, allowing us to check in ahead of time."
