“下午6點後，並沒有人服務，只留電話號碼聯絡，又冇intercom 或電話直接聯絡，未能取鎖匙入屋，我們在海外打不到當地電話，所以打不到客服，擾攘多時，才可以找到人服務員開門。房內有冇洗頭水供應。電掣不設在睡牀方向，並不方便！”
