Hotel was great and good value for money but building starting to show signs of lack of investment. Breakfast was nice but for such a large hotel would expect more options espically when full on weekend. Nice being outside of city centre but bus out the front gets you into town centre 15 - 20 minutes. Great staff

駐車場所は何かのカードが無いと利用できないと言われてホテルの外に路駐いたが翌日別のスタッフに尋ねたら出入りの際にゲートの警備員に声をかける事で利用出来た。いつも使うクラスのホテルですが、それでも物足りない部分が有りました。

I don’t know how it’s get 4 star, when you came off the elevator at 10th floor no air conditioning working and floor was very bad smells, walking to your room wall has mold and inside the room when you flash the toilet sound like alarm for few minutes, side of bathtub has black mold, unbelievable 4 star hotel ???

We don't feel safe at this property . Anyone can use the elevator and even general public can use the pool . Lots of water everywhere on the floor at the corridor leading to the elevator . In afternoon, you see a lot of families from outside come to use the pool- those people are general public . The whole place is dated, it needs a makeover badly .

Highly not recommended!

Have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and found the room utilities provided are far below the standard when compared with those similar resort hotels. The existing room furniture are very old and the air conditioning is too bad to make the whole room cooling especially during the daytime. Available sockets for electricity supply are rare to find inside the room, not to mention there is any USB outlets. As a resort hotel, the basic bathroom utilities are very poor, like the bath gel and shampoo supplied are in a small size plastic tube which is apparently not enough for use by two adults. As the room price also included the breakfast, the food variety is limited and the quality is far from satisfactory. The only credit is the room balcony commands a nice sea view on the higher floor. Overall, given for the similar price, it is much better to seek for other resort hotels for vacation.

En 5 nuits, 3 chambres 1 chambre non conforme à notre reversation, 1h après nouvelle chambres conforme à la réservation mais très très vétuste. Lendemain matin inondation dans notre chambre, l’eau coule du compteur électrique et remplis la valise de ma fille d’eau. On nous demande de quitter la chambre rapidement, mais pas de nouvelle chambre disponible avant 2h. 3ème chambre beaucoup’que les autres un peu moins vétuste. Cet hôtel est une arnaque car très loin d’un 4 étoiles, je penses qu’en france il serait fermé pour problème d’hygiène ou de mise en danger des clients. Nous avons fait plein de photos. Le petit déjeuner était une catastrophe, tasse sale, fourmis, hygiène douteuse. Plein de chose annoncées, n’existe pas: parking gratuit, navette, serviette de plage, pas de bain de soleil, …… Je vous demande le remboursement pour cette prestation. Je reste à votre disposition pour en parler

We were very aware that the property is needing a refurbishment and this is reflected in the price. We rarely bothered with breakfast as the quality was not overly good, but again we knew that. The pool is beautiful and the pool and groundsmen pretty good when not arguing with private apartment guests over sun beds (apparently they are not allowed to use). No complaints about the cleanliness and the location is perfect for exploring the island. Right up until the last day we would have considered returning. However, the incompetence and rudeness of reception staff put that very firmly out of our minds. On Friday evening I approached reception to enquire about a late check out on Sunday. A very pleasant member of staff advised me that there was no need to pay for an extension as this was free to longer term guests (2 weeks). We were very happy with this. On Saturday I returned again to reception just to confirm our departure time. We were advised that no such request had been made. And, to be honest were spoken to quite badly, although eventually the staff member did begrudgingly confirm. Today, whilst I was leisurely soaking in the bath, there was a hard angry banging on the door. My husband answered and was faced with another member of reception staff and ‘security’ demanding to know why we hadn’t check out. I felt like a criminal and we decided to get out as early as possible, leaving for the airport 5 hours before required. Won’t be back

酒店是比較舊，但地理位置優越，有沙灘，服務員態度非常好。房間非常大，清潔，很好的陽台和海景，浴室真的很舊.但價錢合理。早晨太多人，因為是假期。車位亦足夠。餐廳食物質素很普通。
