Wonderful

Great location and very quiet. Good snorkeling (turtles, rays, etc.) and nice beach w/chairs. Close to groceries and some restaurants and very nice kitchen. Balcony is a nice size has beautiful view.

Everything was as expected, delightful!

Perfect!

Our trip was amazing. The location of the condo can't be beat! It was clean, well stocked and just perfect for our family. We snorkeled with sea turtles right off the beach and explored the island from the convenient location of the condo.

Spring Break 2025

We loved our stay!! Perfect location, great snorkeling to see tons of fish, sting rays and sea turtles. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive, even before we arrived with tips and recommendations. Condo was comfortable and a great size for our family of 4. We would 100% recommend and would love to go back!

Amazing Beach Stay

This home was the perfect size and location for our trip. The snorkeling right of the beach was amazing - we saw turtles and tons of fish every day. The beach was never crowded. Property manager was very helpful and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach Feint Condi

We stayed at the condo for several days. Parking out front was easy. Condo was very clean and had those little things that make a difference when renting ie seasonings, beach chairs, cooler, snorkel gear, plenty of towels, etc. We liked the location for easily accessing both ends of the island.

Great Stay

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possible need from beach equipment through to kitchen blender. The quality of everything was high with no cheap rubbish being provided as happens with some rentals. Air con was very good and we happily survived hurricane Beryl with the support of the host team. Would definitely return for another trip.

Amazing Location!!

Amazing location!! We have been to the island a couple times and this was by far the best location/ condo we have stayed in. The snorkeling right off the private beach was great. We saw a stingray, several turtles and many varieties of fish. The condo was immaculate, modern and comfortable. We plan on staying there again next time we visit.

Great Place that is Professionally Run

Unit & property exactly as pictured. Well maintained. Beautifully decorated with wide array of high-end accoutrements. Whoever designed the place did a fantastic job. Detailed instructions that made everything a breeze. A total professionally run outfit. Beach was private, pristine, and well maintained. Good beginner snorkeling. Beach was better for snorkeling than swimming. Would definitely go back!!

Amazing place to stay!!

I would highly recommend this property for your stay in Cayman Islands. It was incredibly clean and the semi private beach can’t be beat It was wonderful to wake up every morning and look out over the sand into the water, while drinking your coffee. We saw sea turtles while snorkeling, as well as many other beautiful fish and found plenty of shells. This location is minutes away from everywhere you would like to be The property manager, Melinda was amazing to work with. She was very prompt to answer all of our questions. You will not regret making a reservation here.

Exactly what we needed!

After a hectic end of year, we were hoping for a week of sun and surf to re-connect with our two college kids, and that is exactly what we did. The property was just perfect for the four of us. It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The beach is private and the snorkeling was incredible! Melinda was super helpful and everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Great quiet island getaway!

We stayed here for a 5-day vacation in February. The unit is great - exactly as advertised. Well appointed, very comfortable, and just as shown in the photos. The location is also great - particularly if you're looking for something quieter than the major resorts. Not that far from the airport, close enough to stores if you need groceries, and it's right on a beautiful private beach (with great snorkeling). Communication (both before and during the stay) was great. The Welcome Guide that you get ahead of time is extremely helpful, particularly if it's your first time to Grand Cayman. We highly recommend this unit.

A little piece of Paradise

The property location was a dream come true. We felt like we had our own private beach. The snorkeling was fabulous over by the rock outcrop. Everything you need for the beach including snorkeling equipment even though we brought our own. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need except for a kettle. Wonderful communication with the property manager. Highly recommend this beautiful condo. If you want the action of Seven Mile Beach its a short drive away.

Loved this place!

Location: This unit is part of the Coral Bay Village condos, next to Spotts Beach. It's on the second floor, facing the ocean. One bedroom, with two beds, is on the main floor, and the other bedroom is upstairs. There is a bathroom adjoining each bedroom. Everything in the unit is in very good condition and clean. The kitchen is well provisioned. The balcony has walls and a roof, and a table for six, plus a few cushioned chairs, so it's comfortably out of the sun and a good place to eat meals or sit and relax with a book. We found the location convenient for going either to Georgetown or to other parts of the island. You can snorkel right out front, and may get lucky and see the sea turtles or a ray. It was great having beach towels provided, no need to pack them.

Vacation Paradise

We had such a wonderful time staying at SeaRenity. The property and location are beautiful. The unit has all the amenities and has a cozy beach front vibe! The unit is bright and clean. You cannot ask for a better view as the beach is right at your balcony. The waves are so peaceful and the private beach is so amazing. We had the beach to ourselves. Beth and Melinda are wonderful hosts and managers. They answered any questions and provided plenty of information to make the stay enjoyable. Highly recommend this location and we will definitely be back! Grand Cayman has become our favorite island destination! Thank you again Beth and Melinda!

Perfect Again

I’m not sure I have the vocabulary to adequately praise Villa SeaRenity. The unit is absolutely beautiful. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable bedrooms, the is plenty of room to spread out and relax. The screened in deck offers a beautiful view of Spott’s Bay. The beach in from of the Coral Bay community feels like a secluded paradise. The palm trees provide a wonderful reprieve from the sun. They give you the perfect place for a beach nap. The water is just wonderful. It is warm, clear and calm. You can float, swim, snorkel or just cool off to your heart’s content. There is an incredible array of marine life to be seen. We saw multiple sea turtles, lobsters, flounder, and a variety of other fish. We love Villa SeaRenity and will return again and again.

Great Location

We stayed at this unit for a week in January. The unit was nice and looked exactly like the online photos. Very clean and well stocked. We saw several turtles from the dock but it was very windy the whole week so we didn’t get to snorkel much. The condo had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler that came in very handy. Some of our favorite excursions were a sunset sail with Redsail Sports, Stingray City with Stingray Sailing, and Crystal Caves. Favorite restaurants were Casanova, Rackam’s, and Tukka East. We went to Tukka for the full moon and also fed the Frigates, that was awesome. The condo is south of seven mile beach so it’s away from the crowds, but sort of centrally located on the island so it wasn’t a long drive anywhere. Great stay!

Most well-appointed VRBO ever

This was a perfect property for our vacation. The beach that the condo opens onto is basically private- there was one other family staying in the building and they were the only people we ever saw. I have stayed at LOTS of VRBOs and when I say this is the most well-appointed, there is not another place I've stayed that is even a close second. Need a yoga mat-it's there; need a first-aid kit-it's there; rainy day and you want a puzzle-there are 2; want to do laundry but you didn't pack or don't want to buy detergent and fabric softener-they have both.... list could go on and on. Communication with the property manager is excellent. Owner was very responsive with questions about excursions even before I received the VERY thorough local guide. Stay here- it will be the standard by which I compare future VRBOs!

Away from the crowds

Home was perfect, had everything you would need for a stay. Beach was semi private, shared between complex, but never had issue with chairs or room. When we arrived was disappointed with view, palm trees on beach obstructed view to water. That opinion changed the next day about 10:30am. Sun is hot and we moved chairs under palm leaves. Snorkeling is great, saw lots of small to medium fish. The only negative is also the greatest positive about this place. It is about 20 minutes away from Restaurants and SMB so you will need a car. Like I said away from crowds, so you will need to decide if privacy or action is your thing. A few miles down the road in Savanna is everything you will need; Supermarket, beer store, and pharmacy. Already planning next trip there.

Family trip

We were very pleased with The property. Everything was exactly as It was portrayed on the listing. Very clean and modern. This was our first time in Grand Cayman and we were a little unsure about renting a condo instead of staying at a resort. It worked out, and we are glad that we did. The beach was also very nice and had it to ourselves the majority of the week that we were there. There are a lot of grass beds in the water, but that wasn’t a big deal and actually saw a number of sea turtles while we were snorkeling. There was one pest that got into the condo which may have been from some of the rain before we arrived, but the management service was on top of it and had a pest control service come in to take care of it immediately. Only issue we had the entire time we were there. if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of 7 mile beach this is a good option to explore.
