This property is one of the nicest places we have rented in the Bahamas. This place works great for younger and older people. Will definitely book again and refer this property to others in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Exuma. The unit was updated and beautiful. There is plenty of room for three couples or a family. The only feedback I would provide is the kitchen could be stocked a little bit better, but we had all the basics to get us through our stay definitely would return.

This resort community never disappoints. Condo was very nicely appointed and very clean. Loved the views! It had everything we needed. Prince was super helpful and friendly. We will be back.

We had a great time. The condo was great, and appeared to have just been remodeled. The overall Feb Point development could use a little TLC, but overall we loved it and had a great time.

We have been traveling to Great Exuma for 15 years staying at the hotels and private villas. This was the best! The check in process was seamless. It’s well built and designer decorated with spacious bedrooms and tall ceilings, premium appliances and furniture. Home away from home in paradise. Service was prompt. The property manager, Corey, is very attentive and professional, he came up to greet us at the villa and gave us his contact information. When we reached out with couple of questions and requests, word “no” was not in his vocabulary. We definitely would like to stay there again.
