「It is quite a nice experience to have stayed there for 10 days. The owners and the staffs there were really friendly, and responded to my requests immediately. The door nub was not working well, but I have no problem leaving my stuff in the room while I was away for meetings. It is a bit far from downtown, and after 9pm it is quite a challenge to get a bus to go back to that direction. However it has a really nice restaurant, and the rib eye there is the best I have ever had.」

「Staff was terriffic, room was clean, property was great - only reasons for 4 vs. 5 stars: There was still a good deal of construction and noise happening, because of the earthquake recovery efforts. (Some drilling/grinding upstairs from my room, and chiseling and hammering for installation of new pavers by the pool) but to be expected given the situation when only 17 of 100+ rooms are in operation! Also, the front approach/sign could have used a bit of cleaning/pressure washing and the breakfast...

「I do love the hotel. It is located in the city center. The cost of going from the airport to the hotel is reasonable. It is about 1500 VUV. The hotel includes a beautiful breakfast. The omelette is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, you can swim till 10PM at night. Towels can be borrowed from the reception. The view is major.」

「The bathroom was not very clean, there was hair in the shower that was not mine. I was also very disappointed that the tour I booked was cancelled only an hour before it was supposed to start. I had no idea it could be cancelled. I had no time to book another tour and my entire day was turned upside down.」

「Overall is very run down compared to photos. Sheets were dirty for the first 2 days on arrival. Floors were dirty. No working shower, no hot water. Kitchen barely has any food on menu never in stock or limited choices. Bed was extremely noisy. Pillows were awful we got very sore necks and back and we aren’t old. Rust present in bathroom. Mould in bathroom. Room smells musky like mould. Village across is very noisy. They leave big outdoor lights on that shine right through the windows while...

「The owner, the staff, the location, and the rental unit were all fantastic. Having the lagoon right next to the lanai was so nice. Everything worked very well, the kitchen was even stocked with pots, pans, dishes, everything needed and all of it very useable and in working order. Even a French press. Super. 「We had an amazing stay. The staff and owners couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, the location is amazing with such good snorkelling and diving right off the beach, the food was top quality, and our spacious room (we had the Buddha room) was spotless. We're definitely going back!」
