Excellent
We had an excellent stay..slight probs with transport as taxis could'nt find i had to go out to the fire station and guide them in as we did'nt want to drive in Guyana..would come again..peaceful neighbourhood..some problems with getting water upstairs..needs fixing..minor probs..but we all loved our stay..thanks to our wonderful host..he answered or called immediately. can't wait to go again.

Excellent house but location
My experience with this property was a good one. Everything was in place just as the pictures. The only thing I will say bad was that the location was not a good one. The property is in a very nice and quite environment but the location to local store or restaurant is a drive away. No walking distance. For rentals who have a car this is perfect but for ppl who have to depend on taxi not so good. I will say princess hotel and the mall is more like 25 to 30 mins walk. But overall my experience was excellent. No complaints.

Lovely place
The property is huge and very clean. A little way out of the centre of Georgetown so would be more suited to those who have their own transport. The area is quiet and feels safe.
