Like the cleanness of the room. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The only thing the hotel needs an elevator and some Ottoman or benches in the room to put your suitcases on. Had to put it on the floor. Overall it was good. In the future will give the other location a try.

Staff needs training in hospitality. Several times I waited more than 30 minutes or more to be waited/attended and had to go to another location.

Having stayed at King's Hotel and Residences recently, my overall stay was good and enjoyable in terms of the cleanness of the room I stayed in, local amenities was good to use, the restaurant food in terms of portion of size and value for money was worth every penny, staff were very helpful and friendly, enjoyed my stayed. However, there were some minor issues that need to be looked into for example I was not provided with enough coffee sachets to make hot drinks I had to keep asking staffs to re-stock my room with it daily and this should not have to be this way. Also at the hotel there was an issue with waterworks and I could not get to use the shower and sink in my king's deluxe room to bathe in and also in the same night my sleep was disturbed with the ongoing water issues and apparently water was constantly running all night in the containers outside the back of the building which was an inconvenience to have to put up with hearing nuisance noise in the middle of the night when trying to get my rest which was unpleasant as a paying customer. Waterworks maintenance should never occur at this time of session and hour in the night. These works should be carried out in daytime, always consider as a 4 star hotel to employ good high quality repair labour workmanship to fix issues on the spot at the premises without customers having to make complaints first if there is an issue. Prevention is better than cure. All in all, take heed of customer feedback to become better.

The hotel charged my card for damages done to a microwave and bathroom wall without producing any evidence that I did the damage. Requested pics with date stamp of damaged equipment and glass prior to the beginning of my stay and the hotel did not provide. They have however charged my card US $1,098

It was ideally located in Georgetown - close enough to walk to the excitement but off on waterloo street gives a bit of privacy and quiet when needed, the Bistro has excellent food and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.
