"this was the worst place we stayed on our trip biking up Florida coast. the two "futons" are couches that are not anyway a place for anyone to sleep. did not see any air mattresses. You couldn't pay me to use the "single serve" coffee pot, no glasses, no ice, the sheets were stained. This place was so over priced compared to other places we stayed. "The staff is very welcoming when you arrive. They were attentive and wanted to make sure I had an excellent stay. They assisted in explaining to me how the laundry machines work that are on property. too. The room was excellent. Extremely clean. My room has the kitchenette which had dishware and utensils. The outdoor area with the BBQs was very nice. Breakfast was ready on time and was delicious. Plenty of food to choose from. The dining area was clean and plenty of seating. Parking is free and right on premise with plenty of spaces available. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near the historic area of Leesburg. It's been my go-to hotel for this area. This is my second stay here."

"Such a beautiful home. Very clean and well stocked. The views were amazing and the wildlife was very entertaining! Fishing off the dock was fun and catching blue crab was a new adventure. Definitely want to come again. Dean was very helpful with our requests."

"The room was clean but in poor conditions and outdated. The bathroom shower rod that was hanging looked like it could fall any minute; it was stuck with some orange clay color stuff. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good selection but there was an area with extra chairs and hotel things that you could see in a cluttered area."
