“Host was responsive and communicative. He worked with us when our plans changed due to a family emergency. The cabin was as described and was historic, cute and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay here and just wish we could have stayed a few more nights! Overall the place was very clean. Clean towels and linens were provided.”

“Very comfortable and cute home. Well-located near State St and lots of things to do in both New Albany and Louisville. Perfect for our little family, even our dog!”

“The floor was so dirty, it was unreal. The towels & washrags smelled like bug spray. The bathmat was dirty.”

“Only about 15-20 minutes to Louisville KY. Had a great time!”

“The host was very attentive and understanding.”

“The house was beautiful and clean. The stay was very pleasant and the neighborhood was very quiet, while still minutes away from all convenient shopping and entertainment.”

“I couldn't have asked for a better host. So professional and welcoming will recommend this property to anyone who's looking for the perfect place to stay in that area he will not disappoint. And I appreciate the experience thanks. I will return.”

“Very nice unit.”

“We love staying at this location when we come to Louisville. It’s a great apartment that is conveniently located. Love the view of the Big Four Bridge at night!”

“We enjoyed the stay. The home is so close and convenient to all things UofL. It was definitely a plus that sheets and towels were provided. I wish the kitchen was better equipped with cookware and other kitchen essentials (silverware, pans, pots, aluminum foil, ziplock bags, etc), because I was hoping to cook my son some home cooked meals while visiting, but the lack of cookware prevented us from doing that. Other than that, we had a lovely stay, and now that we know the kitchen situation, we’ll……

“The room was nice and clean and presentable”

“Cute space that was great for a short weekend trip. The area is pretty quiet too which was nice. I would definitely return!”

“This is a beautiful and comfortable house to stay in. Very easy to get to Louisville from here, and all the necessary amenities nearby. The host was gracious and responsive, and we loved every minute here!”

“Marquetta is the most amazing host. She provides fresh eggs from her chickens, bacon, English muffins and even a half stick of land-O-Lakes butter for breakfast. There are very nice chocolates bedside. They even have a coffee station! We go for the amazing, relaxing pool. It is amazing. We make this yearly vacation spot. Everything is amazing!!”

“It was a great community close to everything!”

“Great place to stay. Listing is accurate. Perfect area to stay with numerous restaurants close by to eat and if you like the outdoors, relatively close to a walking trail along the Ohio river.”
