“When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. “We had a great stay at this property. Keep in mind they don’t provide sheets for the beds so make sure you pack some! Or you can rent from a sheet service, they provide many options for businesses that rent them.This property had everything we needed and more for our stay. The sunroom was a wonderful place to have our family meals and gather, the outdoor shower is super convenient for washing off before entering the house, and the beach is only a 15 minute walk away. “This was our fourth year renting this beautiful home for our family summer vacation and I'm already booked for next summer. We all love it as our home away from home. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. In the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare meals. The 2 minute walk is convenient and the pool is great for everyone to take a swim when returning from a day at the beach. We look forward to our return every year.”

“Prime location in Dewey beach. Nestled away from the commotion in a little parking lot right by the beach, Gigi's property exceeded all expectations. Special shoutout to Gigi for going above and beyond with her hospitality for our group. Will certainly try to stay here again if I am to return to the area!”

“This was my first experience booking a property via VRBO. The experience was perfect. I sent a few questions to the property manager which were answered quickly, the booking process was easy. “We loved our stay at Lucio’s place at the Sea Watch. The condo is exactly as pictured. The view is amazing. The communication and follow up with Lucio was very timely. All of the employees who we encountered at the Sea Watch were very helpful. I will definitely rent this location in the future. ”

Two full baths if you include the outdoor shower and 1/2 bath on first floor, which the kids used a lot.
