"Its a scam! Place looks nothing like the one advertised. They gave me a room with a broken bed, busted door lock, AC not working, unsanitary bathroom - urin running underneath the toillette, busted bathroom door, broken shower door, broken shower floor. I told them this is not what I paid for and they didn't care. Once I complained to expedia they told Expedia they will reimburse me part of my stay only if I do not post pictures of the actual place. It was unacceptible!! They never reimbursed me...

"Great views and clean rooms. Just a bit outside the town center, so it’s quiet. Could have had more info on the 4-day hike but overall from Mestua to Ushguli but nice place for a night. Breakfast was big. Private bathroom a big plus. "
