Welcome to our waterfront retreat designed with families and friends in mind! Recently updated in 2022, we`ve added an entire basement with three walkouts to the waterfront, making this the perfect getaway for your next vacation. Our property offers a plethora of features, including a modern touch with an electric vehicle (EV) charger on-site, to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay.
The Space:
Our cozy communal spaces provide abundant room for everyone to relax and relish their vacation. The expansive open-concept kitchen and dining area lead to a spacious deck with stunning waterfront views. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your essentials and more, while the dining table comfortably accommodates 8+ guests.
For your comfort, we`ve thoughtfully included two air conditioning units to keep you cool during hot summer days, in-floor heating to ensure warmth on chilly winter nights, and ceiling fans throughout for added comfort. Additionally, you`ll find a cozy Muskoka room with an inviting `C` shaped sofa, a 50” smart TV offering Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney +, a well-stocked library, age-appropriate games, a DVD player and extensive collection of DVDs plus a variety of indoor activities. This room also provides direct access to the deck. We`ve got your connectivity covered with high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
For those seeking a bit more action, there`s a recreation room in the basement with ping pong, another large comfy couch, a 50” smart TV, weights, and mats for working out.

The main floor beckons with three welcoming bedrooms. The kids` room is a playful haven, boasting two bunk beds – one with a double bed and a trundle, offering versatility for the little ones. Meanwhile, two additional bedrooms feature queen beds, complete with high-end Endy mattresses for a cozy night`s sleep. Your convenience is paramount; the fully renovated 4-piece bathroom on this level is a luxurious retreat, equipped with an oversized shower, dual sinks, and a contemporary toilet.
All four bedrooms come equipped with ceiling fans for a refreshing breeze and ample storage to keep your belongings neatly organized. Descend to the lower level, and you`ll encounter the primary bedroom, an intimate escape. Sliding glass doors open to the waterfront, and it boasts a semi-ensuite bathroom and a comfy swing chair, perfect for relaxation and soaking in the mesmerizing water views.

Our spacious deck features a propane gas line BBQ, a rustic picnic bench for al fresco dining, and a convenient staircase for seamless access to the waterfront. Guests can enjoy full access of the entire property excluding the locked storage rooms. Take advantage of the Rental Guide provided, which gives you an in depth look at the cottage and surrounding areas including frequently asked questions. There are two adult stand up paddle boards, two kids stand up paddle boards, three adult kayaks, two child kayaks, a canoe and a paddle boat for your enjoyment. An assortment of lifejackets are available in the storage room, which should be worn at all times while using the water toys.
To enhance your enjoyment there are several seating areas for you to relax including Muskoka chairs on the beach, a swing and a hammock. Feel free to take a gravity chair onto the dock to soak in the sun.
Back at the cottage there is a large deck with a BBQ and additional seating. In the Muskoka room there is a Smart TV with wifi, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, Disney Plus, a DVD player, a well stocked library and an array of board games. There is an indoor/outdoor Bluetooth speaker for your enjoyment as well as some indoor and outdoor toys for children.
The basement has laundry, an additional bathroom, a recreation room with a ping ping table, couch, tv and weights. There is also a primary bedroom with king size bed and a walkout to the waterfront.

The person(s) who rent the property are required to be there for the duration of your stay.
No smoking/vaping of any kind inside the cottage. Please put your butts in a designated can.
Out of respect to the other cottagers, no excessive noise after 10pm
Please keep in mind we are on a septic tank system. Do not pour GREASE down the drains or flush tampons, diapers, pads, wet wipes, paper towel or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
Love this cottage as much as we do and pick up after yourself and please leave it the way you found it.
