Gérardmer, beautiful chalet for 6 people, near lake and town center.
- Recent luxury chalet on 117m² that can accommodate 6 people. 1km to the center, 2 km to the ski slopes and 500 m to the lake. It consists of an entrance with cupboard, a storage room, a large living room with fireplace (digital TV and library) overlooking terrace, a kitchen open to living room fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, Dutch oven) , appliance pierrade and fondue and all the dishes), a toilet with washbasin and a storeroom with washing machine. On the mezzanine floor decorated with armchairs and table (TV and CD player) overlooking large covered balcony and 3 bedrooms and bathroom (shower, sink and toilet).
Outside large private parking and large covered terrace with table and chairs. Ideal situation to discover the region.
Non-smoking rental. No pets allowed.
