The first bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are paid parking off premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.

To be paid on site at reception:
- Linen package towel: € 16,- (per person)
- Extra bed of cot € 16,-.
- Tourist tax: € 1,80 per day
- Baby chair: to indicate for free when booking
- Washing machine and tumble dryer € 2.
- Free Heated ski locker 4 + 2 at ski lift Dorfbahn (winter)
- For bookings with an arrival or departure day other than Saturday, a surcharge of € 500 applies. (This has to do with the cleaning service which can carry out their work on Saturdays).
