"Avoid property under this host. They requested a deposit paid before check-in via bank transfer because there wouldn’t b any front desk for check-in. That was fine. And it stated it would do deposit refund 7 days after check-out with no damage reported. I checked out 5th April, so far no one contacted me regarding any damage found. "Breakfast was superb. Property exceptionally clean but communication from staff poor. We were not told about the local travel cards until we read about these locally. The lounge area is completely locked up before 9pm so there are no communal areas after then. Not sure if any staff remain in the premises overnight?"
