“We had previously visited Frederick last November and had only been able to spend a little bit of our visit in Historic Frederick. We loved staying in historic Frederick and the property was unique, very clean and well laid out. I should have realized was that 'penthouse' in a historic home would mean steps. I am blind in one eye and have poor physical balance so carrying luggage up stairs is challenging. Nonetheless, we loved the layout and amenities of the property. The view from the deck was……

“The condo was clean, beds comfortable. The only real critique were squeaky doors (pantry was very loud) we never could get the heat/air right but I believe it was operator error. We were very happy with access to everything we wanted to see and do. The owner was very accommodating.”

“Awful experience. The owner didn't reply to any communication before the actual check-in time, and therefore I had to just go straight to my event. It was after 10:30 pm when I needed to access my rental. The parking was NOT a dedicated lot but on-street parking, so I had to walk around a very long block in the dark. “Very nice space, looks like just renovated. Brand new kitchen appliances, great shower, convenient bed set up in the bedroom. Our family of 4 wife slept on big bed, 6 year old in the bunk, 3 year old on the trundle, and me on the couch. The TV in the main room is about 65 inches. Provided snacks and some sodas, plenty of towels, pillows, and blankets. Host was very easy to contact and responded very quickly. A grocery store is in walking distance and train station is a mere 2 minutes driving.……
